Structural Engineering
Structural engineering—the engineering that goes into bridges, buildings and other load-bearing structures—was the specialty of BWSC founder Bill Waggoner. Described by his contemporaries as the consummate engineer, Waggoner ingrained into the company’s culture an appreciation of the discipline. Today, his high standards live on in bridges and buildings designed by BWSC’s structural engineers.
