A city’s need for a multi-purpose building was met by BWSC’s multi-discipline team of architects and engineers. The facility—made up of three buildings—encompasses administration, maintenance and sanitation services, along with a secure parking and fueling area for city vehicles and equipment.  Electrical design included site and interior lighting, power and communications.  Mechanical design included HVAC, service piping and plumbing.
