BWSC veered slightly from the Fifth Third Bank prototype to make it work with the requirements of Metro Nashville historic zoning regulations. The one-story building appears to be two stories to blend with the style of the surrounding neighborhood. BWSC services included architecture, landscape architecture, and civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering.
