Germantown Centre took on new life with a $5.7 million expansion and renovation designed by BWSC.  The expansion included a banquet facility, kitchen, media center, physical fitness facility, locker rooms, outdoor pools with play structures, a lap pool and zero-depth wading pool.  The two-story addition ties into the existing facility at both levels.  A separate bath house was also designed with lockers, concessions, life guard office and pool equipment and storage.
