Helping the community of Monrovia become a healthier place, BWSC provided planning and complete architecture, design and construction phase services for a new recreation center.  The facility includes two gymnasiums, a running track, meeting rooms, a community library and support spaces. To save on construction costs, Madison County provided site construction using their equipment and personnel.
