BWSC has helped one of Nashville’s premier malls continually evolve over the past 20 years. Two major expansions have brought the mall, located on a dense urban site, to a total of 700,000 SF. Parking and traffic studies were done to evaluate the impact of the expansions, resulting in roadway and signal improvements needed to support additional traffic. Recent expansion added 100,000 SF to the mall and several floors to the parking garage
